YOGA

 

An all levels class with a balanced combination of sustained poses (hatha) and dynamic flow transitioning through postures (vinyasa).  Emphasis is placed on the integration of breath and body awareness. You will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Classes blend balance, strength and flexibility for an overall energizing physical workout and end with relaxation and stillness. Classes strive to teach an authentic expression of yoga with a transformational approach. Our program is based on the principle that yoga is a unifying tool for creating health, well being and a deep spiritual connection. A delicious, soothing mind-body class for everybody and every body.
