Work-it Circuit is a class incorporating many different styles of functional training, including strength, core, cardio, speed, agility and flexibility. Every class is designed to keep you progressing, and motivated, in a fun and relaxed environment. We use free weights, bands, jump ropes, etc. but mostly we use our bodies in fun, challenging and creative ways.
